December 6, 2008I had an idea a few weeks ago for what I like to call "North Pole Dust", just for fun. I saw the glitter first at Michael's and bought it because it was so pretty and shimmered so well. Then, we were at Ross and I found some crystal salt and pepper shakers, and they were only $5.99 so I got them, and filled them with the glitter. I plan to do a cute poem with them about sprinkling the North Pole Dust on the tree, to make it shimmer like the magic of Santa's workshop, but I don't have that done yet. As soon as I have it done, I will post it in case anyone wants to use the idea too. The shakers make pretty decorations in my hutch too, they really sparkle in the light.
